****** About Living Traditions Homestead ******

Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.

We put out 5 new videos every week! Tuesday through Saturday. We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we transition from city dwellers to full time homesteaders!

Shalom! Kevin and Sarah so wonderful to know that you are recovering from a three-part surgery; and not just one hernia repair which the Doctors had originally thought you needed to have. Sarah is a sweet wife and you are blessed to have a loving and caring family. You all be blessed in our Lord and Saviors Wonderful Name.

Hey!! Take it easy. Eat healing foods. Lots ot tea with herbs . I had that surgery and my gall bladder errupted causing an emergency procesure. Thats when i went ORGANIC! INSTEAD OF prescription for pain management. By next followup drs couldnt believe how fast and well I had healed up. The first week is the worst…move SLOWLY! AND TRY SOME YOGA MOVES TO EXERCISE IN WEEKS 3 AND BEYOND

  21. Branscum Farm says:

Prayers. Rest and take care of yourself. You have plenty of help around there. So don't worry.

  22. Rick Bailey says:

Get yourself some wild lettuce! That'll take care of some of the pain. Also, once you've healed up, start doing situps and leg raises (low reps at first). These strengthen the abdominal wall making hernias much less likely. This has helped me out considerably over the years. It also helps to prevent back problems by taking the majority of the straining off the back muscles.

  23. Amanda Barnes says:

Oh man…. get some rest. Hope you feel better soon!

  24. D J says:

    Glad you're ok!!

  28. Faith R says:

Take it easy! Like I commented before my husband had hernia surgery that also turned out to be more severe than first expected. It took longer than we thought for him to get back up to full speed! Better to take it easy now then push yourself and regret it! Prays for you!

  29. Sharon Puckett says:

So good to hear from you will keep praying.

  30. Jean Mitchell says:

Sounds like it was a good thing to have your surgery Kevin, nothing like a few more surprises than was anticipated by the doctor. May God help you heal well and quickly. Prayers, love and blessing to you and your family. 🙂
