Microgreens Good First Try Results
The first microgreen results are in! We started three trays of microgreens including broccoli, kale, and peas as part of our farm to table winter trial. The peas did the best of the three microgreens. We ordered some new 1020 seed trays without holes so that the seed trays with holes can get water from underneath. This should also make them easier to water. Spraying them with a spray bottle several times a day was too time-consuming. We will make another video to show the difference. I think the first try was a success and a good learning experience. Try them on your homestead. Great source of food and low cost. Now to try again!
