One Diet Plan to Cure Any Disease | Subah Jain

Want to get rid of diabetes, back pain, knee pain, thyroid, constipation, acne, high blood pressure, PCOD, low energy, obesity, hairfall or even excess weight? Follow the four food principles and one simple diet plan discussed in this video. By changing to a living foods, water-rich, plant-based diet, any disease can be reversed.

🥥Method of Making Coconut Milk

1. Take 1 cup chopped fresh coconut slices (nariyal girl) and combine it with 2 cups of water in a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until the coconut is puréed and the mixture looks milky, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into a nut milk bag or a muslin cloth. Take the bag in both hands and squeeze it out over a bowl. Continue to squeeze and wring out your bag until you’ve extracted as much of the milk as possible.
4. Store the milk in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
5. The leftover pulp can be used as a scrub or can be discarded.

👉Method of Making Herbal Tea

3 inches of lemongrass stems
Cinnamon sticks, 2 inches
6 green cardamom buds
½ inch coin ginger
2 cups water
1 teaspoon jaggery (optional)

1. Take a saucepan, add the water and bring it to a boil. Add the chopped lemongrass stems.
2. Crush the cinnamon sticks, cardamom buds & ginger in a mortar and pestle. Add to the water and cover the pan for 2-3 minutes.
3. Strain the tea through the strainer into cups.
4. If you like your tea sweetened, add jaggery from the top and enjoy!

    That is an amazing knowledge and program that you share! Those fruits and veggies are my favourite and when I eat like this healthy program that you share I feel clean, light and positive.
    On the other hand I wanted share my experience about weather and food. Now I’m living in Poland which is a cold country, there is few options for eat vegetables and fruits.(yeah you can find everything in supermarkets but you know)
    You can’t be able to do such an eating program like this in here.
    I’m the person who listens her body before eat something.
    And you know what I realise everybody should analyse how is the habitat around them.
    So for example in here, because of weather, nature is tuff and wild. Even plants are behave like that.
    So after some time my body wants more or something else from myself to adapt the environment.
    Our eating habits are not as different as it is but I should eat more thick foods for example rice, bread, cheese(more or less 400 g in a month), oils etc.
    Of course this is my metabolism and how it’s react to this environment.
    This has to be the point for everybody who wants to eat healthy for being healthier.
    Know yourself, know your body, know the habitat where you live and be aware of what your body needs.
    This is beautiful knowledge that you have I appreciate it and glad for you to share what you have to the people so they can be aware of.
    I wanted to share my own experience about this eating habits for you to see different perspective of an similar experience.

    Everything comes out of "nature", even nuclear waste. All ('natural') foods are cultivated and agricultural engineered. Hardly anything in our diets comes from wild nature. Almost everything comes from agricultural industry. Most crops are heavily sprayed with herbicides, insecticides and grown with synthetic fertilizer. Even 'organic food' is treated with pesticides. And then there is all the pollution and chemicals in the air, in our water, in the soil which is also taken in by plants and fruits and livestock. So this story is much more subtle and complex than presented by most 'health and lifestyle gurus'. Am I saying this is all nonsense? No, but take all this advice with a grain of salt, not too much salt though.
