The development of RLOs was carried out by selected individuals including researchers, experts and extension agents with the leadership and collaborative support of the Vice President of Instructional Affairs (VPIA) COM-FSM; Cooperative Research and Extension (CRE) COM-FSM and College of Micronesia (Micronesia Land-grant for Republic of Palau, Federated States of Micronesia and Republic of the Marshall Islands). It is financially supported by the United States Department of Agriculture, National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA-NIFA) through a Distance Education Grant (DEG # 2016-70004-2586), which was awarded to the COM-FSM.
